Departure Tracking & Alumni

When someone leaves your clan, ClanForge notices within a minute — and gives you a place to record why, so you know who's welcome back and who isn't.

The Members screen shows an "N departures" banner whenever someone's left since you last checked. As a leader or co-leader, tap a row to record why they left — pick from nine reasons, from "left no reason" to "kicked, banned", and add a 200-character note if you want more context.

Alumni screen showing departed members grouped into Welcome back, Allow back, and Banned sections

Every classified departure feeds the Alumni screen, under Leader Tools. It groups every player who's ever left your clan into four buckets — Unclassified, Welcome back, Allow back, Banned — colour-coded by severity. Tap a row to jump to that player's Player Details, or tap the reason chip to reclassify.

Tip: If someone leaves and comes back, ClanForge shows a "Previously left this clan" card on their Player Details with the date, reason, and your note — handy context before you approve a re-invite.

Departure detection runs server-side on a sub-minute cron, so the banner and Alumni list stay current even if nobody in leadership has the app open when it happens.
