Refunds & cancellation
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are billed through PayPal and can be cancelled anytime from your PayPal account. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time. The Lifetime pass is a one-time payment with no recurring billing, so there's nothing to cancel. If something went wrong with a payment, message me on Discord or open a GitHub issue and I'll sort it out case by case.
Not a leader?
The free tier is the full member experience. You don't need Pro to use ClanForge — track your stats, see your war assignments, and manage your timers, free forever.
Frequently asked questions
What payment methods are accepted?
All plans are billed through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or any major debit or credit card via PayPal's checkout — you don't need a PayPal account to use a card.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data stays exactly as it is. You keep using ClanForge on the free tier — one clan, two player tags, and snapshot history downsampled to the past 30 days. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again anytime.
Does Pro carry across devices?
Yes. Pro is tied to your verified player tag, not your device. Reinstall ClanForge or switch phones and Pro comes back as soon as you verify the same tag.
What does Lifetime unlock that Yearly doesn't?
Nothing extra feature-wise — Lifetime, Yearly, and Monthly all unlock the same leadership suite, AI tools, and full-resolution history. Lifetime is just a single payment instead of a recurring one, and it's capped at the first 250.
Can I gift a pass to my clan's leader?
Not as a built-in feature yet. If you'd like to cover a Pro plan for your leader, message me on Discord and I'll work it out manually.
How does the Discord 30-day Pro pass work?
Join the ClanForge Discord and you'll get 30 days of Pro — no payment or email required. Details on claiming it are posted in the server.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Yes — cancel your current PayPal subscription and start the other from Settings → Upgrade. Start the new plan before the old one lapses and your Pro access continues uninterrupted.
