Pushing Assignments to Members

Every base you assign in War Planner shows up on each member's Wars screen automatically — no group chat, no screenshots, no "did you see my message?"

As soon as you save an assignment, it writes straight to ClanForge's backend and pushes live to the assigned member's "Your assignment(s)" card. They'll see the base number, your notes, and an "Edited by [you] · just now" line.

War Planner save confirming an assignment, alongside the member's Wars screen showing the live update

Members and elders see this card read-only — they can't edit it, only leaders and co-leaders can. If you change your mind mid-prep and reassign a base, the member's card updates on its own and the "Edited by" line refreshes with the new timestamp.

Tip: Edits sync over Realtime, so there's no polling delay — a member with the app open will see your change land within a second or two, even mid-war.

If you'd rather not micromanage every base, enable self-call mode — members claim their own targets from the opponent roster, and those claims appear on War Planner for you to review instead of assign.
